Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wellness Wave, we aim to provide fair, transparent, and respectful service to all clients while maintaining the value of our digital offerings and coaching time. Please review the following terms that apply to online coaching sessions and digital product purchases.

Online Coaching Sessions

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance
  • Clients are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or the option to reschedule if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • A session may be rescheduled once if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

  • At our discretion, we may allow the session to be rescheduled once on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy
  • If a client fails to show up for their scheduled session or cancels within one hour of the scheduled time, the session will be forfeited with no right to refund or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals
  • If a client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • If the coach is late, the full session duration will be honored or rescheduled if needed.

Technical Issues
  • If technical issues occur on our end, we will offer a reschedule at no extra cost.

  • If the client experiences technical issues, the session cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.

Session Cancellations by Wellness Wave
  • In the rare event that we must cancel a session, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Digital Products (eBooks, Meal Plans, and Wellness Guides)

  • Due to the nature of our products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

  • This applies to all eBooks, wellness guides, Pilates plans, and meal plans offered through our website.

  • If you experience an issue such as a broken link, unreadable file, or other technical problem, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue by providing a working download link where appropriate.
