Returns & Refunds Policy

Online Coaching Sessions

We strive to provide flexible and fair policies while maintaining the integrity of our coaching services. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds for online coaching sessions:

• Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance

  • Clients are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or the option to reschedule if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • A session may be rescheduled once if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

  • However, at our discretion, we may allow the session to be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.

• No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to show up for their session or cancels within one hour of the scheduled time, they forfeit the session with no right to a refund or rescheduling.

• Late Arrivals

  • If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • If the coach is late, the full session duration will be honored.

• Technical Issues

  • If the client experiences technical difficulties, the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • If technical issues occur on our end, the client will have the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

• Session Cancellations by Us

  • If we need to cancel a session, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Digital Products (eBooks, Meal Plans, and Wellness Guides)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
